Since 1980, Legal Services of Northern Virginia (LSNV) has provided free civil (non-criminal) legal assistance to low-income people Northern Virginia. We help with legal problems such as evictions, foreclosures, debt collection, garnishments, bankruptcy, predatory lending, and repossessions. We also help with other legal problems that arise when people face financial problems due to an economic turndown.
