Einstein says, “Play is the highest form of research.”

Discover the capacity of Embodied Play to revitalize and refresh your essential human nature, connecting you to joy, discovery, relationship, and more. What if Play is also the essential element that unlocks the speech of the Beloved residing within your own body?

In this workshop we play with words, voice, movement, and stillness with safety and ease. You will be guided in using creative pathways already available in your body to make way for unique stories or poems that are ready to come through. Come explore the sneaky deep pathways of Embodied Play and sip the wisdom that lives below the neck.

Whether you care for poetry or not, come to feel revitalized and recharged in authentic connection with yourself and others. Loosen your focus. Move what feels good. Laugh.

This workshop uses the practices of InterPlay, a creative, active way to unlock the wisdom of the body. All bodies are welcome.
